We cultivate it by living in tune with nature and employing skillful means for awakening. Living Sattva is the ideal and path of healthy, joyful, mindful living. It is living in awareness. It is also an interdisciplinary approach to yoga practice that draws from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, and Kirtan.
