My intention with practice notes is to share information about:
- the practice of yoga techniques (meditation, asana (posture), pranayama (breath control), kirtan, etc.);
- resources and inspirations related to practice in general, specific yoga techniques, and an interdisciplinary approach to practice;
- the ethical precepts that are part of any authentic yoga practice;
- the view that supports practice and a mindful, compassionate life; and
- applying the science of Ayurveda to support one’s practice (this includes diet, lifestyle, natural therapies, and approach to practice given one’s unique mind-body constitution, age, state of health, locale, and season, etc..) as well as the therapeutic application of Classical Yoga (Patanjali’s eight-limbs).
